Meet The Crew!
Tyler Tesch
Howdy there! I'm Tyler Tesch, a North Carolina native who found his true calling amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Northern Wisconsin. Growing up surrounded by nature, I developed a profound passion for the great outdoors, particularly through my adventures in muskie fishing and the thrill of grouse hunting in the enchanting Northwoods.
My journey took a meaningful turn when I joined the Marine Corps after high school, where I proudly served as an Expeditionary Aircraft Rescue Firefighting Specialist. The discipline and dedication instilled during my military service continue to shape my perspective.
Family has always been at the heart of my outdoor pursuits. I had the privilege of teaching hunters' education alongside my grandfather, whose influence, along with that of my uncle Bob, and my father, played a pivotal role in shaping my outdoors lifestyle.
Post-military life led me to the rugged beauty of the Black Hills in South Dakota, where I found solace and a renewed sense of purpose. Today, I am honored to serve as a Federal Firefighter and EMT, dedicating my skills and passion to ensuring the safety of others. In addition to my federal duties, I volunteer my time to serve the local community of Piedmont as a firefighter and work part-time as an EMT, further embodying my commitment to making a positive impact.
Now, through the Outdoorsman's Oath, it is my mission to share my love for the outdoors with the world. Join me in celebrating nature's wonders through the content we create—a testament to the enduring spirit of adventure and reverence for the wild.

Erik Jarosch
Greetings! I'm Erik Jarosch, a proud United States Airforce veteran, devoted father, husband, and firefighter. My roots are firmly planted in the Land of 10,000 Lakes, where I cultivated a deep connection with the outdoors through hunting and fishing.
Now, in the expansive landscapes of Western South Dakota, I've wholeheartedly embraced the "western" style of hunting. My passion lies in the pursuit of big game animals, whether it's wielding a rifle or testing my skills with a bow. The untamed beauty of the region is my sanctuary, and I find contentment whenever I'm out in the field, surrounded by the wonders of nature.
In addition to my military service, I am dedicated to serving my local community as a firefighter. This role resonates with the values of duty, honor, and selflessness that have defined my journey.
Family holds a special place in my heart. As a devoted father and husband, I take joy in sharing the outdoor wonders with my loved ones, passing down the traditions of hunting, and fostering a profound appreciation for the natural world.
Join me in celebrating the joy of the outdoors! Whether it's a serene day by the lake, an exhilarating hunt in the mountains, or the warmth of camaraderie around a campfire, I invite you to share in the experiences that make life truly remarkable.

Dylan Jaeger
Hey there, fellow outdoors enthusiasts! I'm Dylan Jaeger, and my story unfolds in the heart of Minnesota's wilderness. Back in my single days, I spent a whopping 23 nights on Mille Lacs and 14 on Red in a single winter, chasing walleye across these frozen landscapes. The pursuit of this elusive fish fueled my passion for the great outdoors.
My love affair with nature led me to explore public forests all over Minnesota, and the Paul Bunyan State Forest stole my heart. Most of my whitetail hunting adventures have unfolded in this unique haven, where no farms exist within 70 miles of my stand. Understanding the forest and decoding the intricate patterns of its inhabitants became my quest.
As college came into the picture, bow hunting became a focal point, and I joined forces with my buddy Jarry for even more thrilling expeditions. These days, I find myself hunting a farm just a mile from my late grandpa's farm—a place filled with cherished memories and a deep connection to my roots. Yet, the allure of the Minnesota forests still beckons, reminding me of the countless hours spent learning the secrets of those woods.
Beyond the hunting season, you'll catch me early ice fishing for crappies in central Minnesota, then traversing the winter landscapes. In 2018, I proudly bought my first ice castle, marking a new chapter in my icy adventures.
The roots of my respect for those who serve run deep. both of my grandpa's fought in WW2, lucky enough to make it back home. My mother's father had his finger shot off while flipping off the nazi's and got awarded the purple heart. Three uncles were drafted into the Vietnam War, and now my cousin stands as one of the highest-ranking officers in the Minnesota National Guard. While I may not have served, the connection is personal, and I hold immense respect for those who answered the call.
I might have skipped military service, but I'm no stranger to a different kind of pursuit—chasing walleye heavily in Minnesota for five straight winters. The thrill of the chase rewarded me with numerous big catches, the largest boasting an impressive 29.75 inches.
During the summer, my focus shifts a bit due to my company, but come fall, I'm back to my roots as a die-hard public land guy. While I'm not against food plots or baiting, there's a special joy in the challenge of learning a forest for years before locking eyes with a big buck.
Cheers to the great outdoors and the adventures yet to unfold! 🤙
